These policies explain what YORIICHI stores, how custom digital orders work, and how to contact us if something goes wrong.
Privacy
YORIICHI collects only the information needed to operate customer accounts, licenses, custom orders, required Steam verification, file delivery, and support.
- Account information includes your name, email address, encrypted password data, verification status, and successful signup and sign-in history. Website access history can include your IP address, approximate Cloudflare location, browser/device information, and time of access.
- License information can include activation and device identifiers, the connection IP address, and approximate city, region, and country supplied by Cloudflare when the game app connects. This is used to secure licenses and prevent unauthorized sharing.
- A verified Steam ID is required before app login details and downloads unlock. One Steam ID can be connected to only one YORIICHI customer. If access is permanently removed, that Steam ID may be retained on a security blocklist to prevent replacement-account abuse.
- Custom-order and support information includes the details, messages, payment reference, revisions, and files you submit.
- Google is used to send account emails, Cloudflare stores application data and private files and provides the Turnstile security check, and PayPal processes payments under their own policies.
- YORIICHI does not sell customer information. Access is limited to operating, securing, and supporting the service.
Successful website access and game connection history are visible only to the YORIICHI administrator and are automatically removed after 90 days. You may request access removal or ask a privacy question at yoriichi.overlays@gmail.com. Some other records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, payment disputes, or legal obligations.
Terms of use
Customer access and delivered overlays are licensed for the customer's personal use. They are not sold for redistribution.
- Do not share, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or bypass license and device protections.
- Provide accurate account and order information, and keep your login and activation key private.
- Only submit names, logos, images, and other material you have permission to use.
- Access may be suspended for fraud, payment abuse, account sharing, attacks, or serious misuse.
- Updates and compatibility may change as Assetto Corsa, CSP, or supported hardware changes.
Contact us before purchasing if a specific feature, controller, deadline, or compatibility requirement is essential to your order.
Refunds and digital delivery
Custom controller skins are personalized digital work. YORIICHI prepares a private design preview first. Payment becomes available only after the customer accepts that preview, and final delivery is made through the private customer portal.
- A mistaken or duplicate payment can be reported for review.
- You can decline the preview and avoid payment. Use the revision option if an agreed design detail needs correction.
- After the preview is accepted and payment is made, any refund is based on the work already completed and the circumstances of the request.
- If the agreed files cannot be delivered or are materially incorrect, YORIICHI will first offer a correction, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
- Delivery timing depends on the design and revision process unless a date is agreed in writing.
